Welcome to my blog. Here I’ll be sharing with you some of my life principles and values that drive who I am and how I operate in business as well as personal situations and relationships. I’ll try to accomplish this through some stories, a number of specific experiences I’ve had, and various analogies that have occurred to me over the years.
Hopefully, some of these may be relevant for you and you can gain some benefit. If not, maybe you’ll enjoy my perspective on live, work, leadership, principles, success, having fun, and who knows what else.
My objective is to take what I’ve learned and experienced in the 40+ years of my professional life and make it available for you to possibly learn from my successes (there have been a few) and my failures (there have been more).
Michael Jordan missed 12,345 shots in his NBA career while making 12,192 shots (source). Babe Ruth struck out 1,330 times in his Major League Baseball career compared to 714 home runs (source). So, even some of the greatest in their professions actually failed more than they succeeded. Therefore, I’m a fervent believer that we learn more from our failures than our successes.
So, let’s go discover some of my failures (and some successes)!
